On October 8th, 2023 I posted a comment on YouTube asking for artists to contribute to a video project of mine where I’d be using pictures of Charlie Brown. My criteria was that I wanted an original work presented in the same perspective as the attached reference (as seen in the community post above). My goal was to use the original art submitted by viewers and create a digital collage/montage of the different Charlie Browns morphed on top of each other. Ultimately I ended up receiving around 30 submissions of various Charlie Brown drawings, some similar to the reference, some completely different. After closing submissions, I took all of the photos and edited them together into Premiere Pro, finishing the montage by putting the characters onto VHS tape and adding music. The final result is published in the Vimeo link at the bottom of this website.
